DESTINY 이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 주식회사 데스티니(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 DESTINY EDIT와 DESTINY EPIC(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
회사의 일부 기능은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용하며, 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
제2조 (용어)
1. "DESTINY EDIT"는 서류 작성을 돕는 인공지능 서비스입니다(destinyedit.com).
2. "DESTINY EPIC"은 글쓰기를 돕는 인공지능 서비스입니다(destinyepic.com).
3. "회원"은 이 약관에 동의하고 가입한 사람입니다.
4. "유료 서비스"는 요금을 내고 쓰는 구독(월간·연간)과 단건 상품입니다.
제3조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때는 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 알립니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
이메일 인증(또는 회사가 제공하는 간편 로그인)을 마치고 이 약관에 동의하면 가입됩니다. 회원 계정은 회사의 DESTINY EPIC·EDIT·EIDOS가 함께 쓰는 하나의 계정(DESTINY 계정)입니다.
제5조 (유료 서비스와 결제)
1. 요금은 요금 화면에 표시한 금액이며 부가세가 포함되어 있습니다.
2. 결제는 결제대행사를 통해 합니다.
3. 구독은 회원이 고른 주기(매월 또는 매년)마다 자동 결제되며, 회원은 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓸 수 있습니다.
제6조 (청약철회와 환불)
회사의 환불 정책(destinyepic.com/refund)을 따릅니다.
제7조 (탈퇴)
회원은 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

이 약관은 2026년 10월 10일부터 시행합니다.
DESTINY Terms of Service
This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set the conditions for using DESTINY EDIT and DESTINY EPIC (the "Services") provided by DESTINY Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
Some features use YouTube API Services; by using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "DESTINY EDIT" is an AI service that helps write documents (destinyedit.com).
2. "DESTINY EPIC" is an AI service that helps with writing (destinyepic.com).
3. A "Member" is a person who agreed to these terms and signed up.
4. "Paid services" are subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and one-time products that are paid for.
Article 3 (Changes to the terms)
The Company may change these terms. When it does, it announces the change on the service screens from 7 days before it takes effect.
Article 4 (Sign-up)
You are signed up when you finish email verification (or a simple login the Company offers) and agree to these terms. Your member account is one account (DESTINY account) shared by the Company's DESTINY EPIC, EDIT and EIDOS.
Article 5 (Paid services and payment)
1. Prices are the amounts shown on the pricing page and include VAT.
2. Payment is made through a payment service provider.
3. A subscription is charged automatically at the interval the Member chose (every month or every year), and the Member can cancel at any time. After cancelling, the service can be used until the end of the period already paid.
Article 6 (Withdrawal and refunds)
The Company's refund policy (destinyepic.com/refund) applies.
Article 7 (Leaving)
Members can leave at any time.
Addendum
These terms take effect on October 10, 2026.
DESTINY EDIT 이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 주식회사 데스티니(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 DESTINY EDIT와 DESTINY EPIC(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
제2조 (용어)
1. "DESTINY EDIT"는 정부지원사업 신청서 같은 문서를 회원이 직접 쓰도록 돕는 인공지능 소프트웨어 서비스입니다(destinyedit.com). 신청서 작성이나 제출을 대신해 주는 대행 서비스가 아닙니다.
2. "DESTINY EPIC"은 글쓰기를 돕는 인공지능 서비스입니다(destinyepic.com).
3. "회원"은 이 약관에 동의하고 가입한 사람입니다.
4. "유료 서비스"는 요금을 내고 쓰는 구독(월간·연간)과 단건 상품입니다.
제3조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때는 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 알립니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
이메일 인증을 마치면 가입됩니다.
제5조 (유료 서비스와 결제)
1. 요금은 요금 화면에 표시한 금액이며 부가세가 포함되어 있습니다.
2. 결제는 결제대행사를 통해 합니다.
3. 월간 구독은 결제일부터 1개월 단위이며 매월 자동으로 결제(정기결제)됩니다. 연간 구독은 1년치를 한 번에 결제(일반결제)하며 자동으로 갱신되지 않고, 서비스 제공 기간은 결제일부터 12개월입니다.
4. 회원은 언제든 구독을 해지할 수 있고, 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓸 수 있습니다. 바로 이용을 끝내고 환불을 원하면 환불 정책에 따라 쓰지 않은 날만큼 돌려받습니다. 해지는 계정 설정의 '구독 해지' 또는 [email protected] 으로 신청합니다.
5. 서류 원본 단건 구매(이 서류만 원본으로 받기)는 결제 즉시 그 서류의 원본 파일을 받을 수 있습니다.
제6조 (청약철회와 환불)
회사의 환불 정책(destinyedit.com/refund)을 따릅니다.
제7조 (탈퇴)
회원은 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

이 약관은 2026년 10월 10일부터 시행합니다.

1. "서비스"는 고객이 맡긴 일을 전문가가 AI 도구로 함께 만들 수 있도록 고객과 전문가를 잇는 서비스입니다.
2. "회원"은 이 약관에 동의하고 가입한 사람입니다. 일을 받는 회원은 전문가 약관에도 동의합니다.
3. "크레딧"은 요금을 내고 채워 작업 시간에 쓰는 금액입니다.
제3조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때는 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 알립니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
이메일 인증(또는 회사가 제공하는 간편 로그인)을 마치고 이 약관에 동의하면 가입됩니다. 회원 계정은 회사의 DESTINY EPIC·EDIT·EIDOS 가 함께 쓰는 DESTINY 계정입니다.
제5조 (유료 서비스와 결제)

2. 결제는 결제대행사를 통해 합니다.
3. 크레딧은 작업 시간에 따라 씁니다.
4. 플랜은 월 구독입니다. 처음 결제한 날부터 한 달이 이용 기간이며, 그 뒤 매달 처음 결제한 날과 같은 날짜(그날이 없는 달은 그달 마지막 날)에 회원이 등록한 카드로 같은 금액이 자동 결제됩니다.
5. 회원은 언제든 요금제 화면에서 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 결제일부터 결제되지 않으며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓸 수 있습니다.
6. 플랜 크레딧은 결제한 날부터 한 달 동안 쓸 수 있으며 다음 달로 이월되지 않습니다. 따로 더 산 크레딧과 회사가 무료로 드린 크레딧은 받은 날부터 1년 동안 쓸 수 있고, 먼저 받은 크레딧부터 씁니다. 기간이 지나면 남은 크레딧은 없어집니다.
제6조 (청약철회와 환불)
회사의 환불 정책(destinyeidos.com/refund)을 따릅니다.
제7조 (탈퇴)
회원은 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
부칙
이 약관은 2026년 10월 10일부터 시행합니다.
제5조 제4항부터 제6항(구독과 제공 기간)은 2026년 10월 11일에 더했습니다.
DESTINY EIDOS 전문가 약관
이 약관은 DESTINY EIDOS에서 일을 받는 전문가에게 이용약관과 함께 적용됩니다.
제1조 (전문가 가입)
휴대폰 인증을 마치고 정산에 필요한 정보를 적어 가입합니다.
제2조 (수수료와 정산)
수수료와 정산 일정은 전문가 화면에 표시한 기준을 따릅니다.
제3조 (이용 제한)
법령이나 약관을 어기면 회사는 전문가의 일 받기를 멈출 수 있습니다.
부칙
이 약관은 2026년 10월 10일부터 시행합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions for using DESTINY EIDOS (destinyeidos.com, the "Service") provided by DESTINY Co., Ltd. (주식회사 데스티니, the "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. The "Service" is a service that connects clients and experts so that experts can work together with clients, using AI tools, on the work clients entrust to them.
2. A "Member" is a person who has agreed to these Terms and signed up. Members who take on work also agree to the Expert Terms.
3. "Credits" are an amount topped up by paying a charge and used for task time.
Article 3 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may change these Terms. When it does, it will give notice on the Service's screens from 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Sign-up)
You become a Member by completing email verification (or a simple sign-in method provided by the Company) and agreeing to these Terms. A Member account is a DESTINY account shared by the Company's DESTINY EPIC, EDIT and EIDOS.
Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)
1. Prices are the amounts shown on the pricing page and include VAT.
2. Payments are made through a payment service provider.
3. Credits are used according to task time.
4. Plans are monthly subscriptions. The period of use is one month from the date of your first payment; after that, the same amount is charged automatically to the card you registered on the same date every month (or on the last day of a month that has no such date).
5. You can cancel your subscription at any time on the pricing page. Once you cancel, no further payments are made from the next billing date, and you can keep using the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Plan credits can be used for one month from the payment date and do not carry over to the next month. Credits bought separately and credits the Company gives free of charge can be used for one year from the date you receive them, and the earliest credits are used first. When the period ends, any remaining credits expire.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of Purchase and Refunds)
The Company's Refund Policy (destinyeidos.com/refund) applies.
Article 7 (Account Closure)
Members may close their account at any time.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on October 10, 2026.
Article 5, paragraphs 4 to 6 (subscriptions and periods of use), were added on October 11, 2026.
DESTINY EIDOS Expert Terms

These terms apply, together with the Terms of Service, to experts who take on work on DESTINY EIDOS.
Article 1 (Expert Sign-up)
Experts sign up by completing mobile phone verification and entering the information needed for payouts.
Article 2 (Fees and Payouts)
Fees and the payout schedule follow the criteria shown on the expert screen.
Article 3 (Restrictions on Use)
If an expert violates applicable laws or the terms, the Company may stop the expert from taking on work.
Addendum
These terms take effect on October 10, 2026.
